About 8 lakh LED light were arranged in the state of Telangana said the Minister for IT and Municipal Administration K T Rama Rao. He was answering the question in the Assembly today. The Minister said that more than 4 lakh LEDs were fixed in Hyderabad alone.
He said that there could be some issues here and there regarding the opening and closing the LED lights. This could be due to the subcontract given by the company. The Minister assured that he would call the relevant people and set the things right at the earliest.
Minister KTR said that a lot of power was being saved and thereby the resources are also being saved with good and bright lighting he said.
Minister for Finance Harish Rao said that more than a lakh of jobs have been given by the Telangana Government. He said that the irrigation projects are being completed on a war footing basis. We are drawing our share of waters from the rivers he said. The SinagareniCMD will be called and the jobs will be given at the earliest the Minister assured.
The issue of the contract employees will also be discussed the Minister for Finance assured. The Minister said that the Government under the dynamic leadership of KCR was taking all the steps to fulfil the promises made earlier.
