As per the inside reports, RRR has done a pre-release business of more than Rs.800 crores. In the Telugu states alone, it has done a pre-release business of around Rs. 200 crores.
RRR is being released in more than 60 countries across the world. It is getting released in Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, Kannada, and Malayalam languages.
The makers have spent more than Rs.40 crores only for the promotions of this film. A new film with a medium-range actor can be done with this budget.
The digital rights of the RRR were bought by Zee5 for Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam languages. The Hindi language rights were bought by Netflix. We do not know the exact figure.
