57-floor residential building in Kokapet

The real estate rates are bound to go up in Hyderabad and Cyberabad. Hyderabad is all set to stand out when it comes to multistoried complexes. Kokapet will soon have a residential tower with 57 floors.

This will be the first in South India to have so many levels the Highest ever bid amount of Rs 60 crore per acre was witnessed at Kokapet in recent times. The 1.65 acre land in Kokapet was bought by Rajapushpa Realty for a total of Rs 99.33 crore.

South India’s tallest residential building is coming up in the city. The SAS Crown will stand at 228 metres in the Golden Mile Layout at Kokapet. Spread across 4.5 acres, the building will have five towers comprising 235 residences.

The SAS Crown will overtake a 50-storied building in Bengaluru to become the tallest skyscraper in South India. Being constructed by the Hyderabad-based SAS Infra, the structure was granted a building permit by the Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) and was approved by the Telangana Real Estate Regulatory Authority recently.
