The HCA has bungled the sale of tickets with just a few counters in Gymkhana Grounds. While the Uppal stadium has fifty thousand capacity the HCA is selling three thousand tickets.
First, they said online sale of tickets, now they are sold on Secunderabad Gymkhana grounds. There was a stampede where some people were injured and four of them were admitted to the hospital.
