Under the supervision of DCP Crimes K. Narasimha, the IT Cell and Social team successfully recovered 345 mobile devices in 30 days using the Central Equipment Identity Register (CEIR) portal. The recovered mobile phones were handed over to their respective owners today at Cyberabad Commissionerate main Conference hall by DCP Crimes K. Narasimha.
DCP Crimes K. Narasimha said that “Mobile phones are crucial in our daily lives, holding a lot of important information and memories. Thieves are relentless, so he advised Police must be persistent in recovery efforts. Despite many people being educated, few know how to prevent stolen mobiles from being misused.”
DCP advised the public to report lost mobile details To the concern Police Station or CEIR portal they can report them selves directliy the CEIR portal through online , which is operational in all States and Union Territories.
