3 Congress CMs to take Oath today

Three Congress chief Ministers will be taking over three states today at different times. These states were wrested by the Congress from the BJP. Congress Chief Rahul Gandhi is attending all the swearing-in ceremonies. AP CM Chandrababu is also planning to join Rahul Gandhi it is reported.

The Congress which lost in Mizoram and Telangana has wrested the power from the BJP in Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh and Chattisgarh. Deve Gowda, Kumar Swamy, Kejriwal and others are also expected to attend the swearing-in ceremony. Here in Telangana KT Rama Rao the son of the chief Minister KCR will take over as the working President of TRS party which has come to power for the second time.

Congress

Ashok Gehlot, Kamla Nath, Bhupesh Baghel will be swearing in as the Chief Ministers. The Congress has won the semifinals by winning these 3 states and it is gearing up for the general elections to be held in April 2019. The BJP is on the back foot and is finding ways and means to get the majority in 2019.

Both the Telugu CMs KCR and Chandrababu are trying to forge alliances against the BJP. There could be a triangular contest in the general elections at the centre.
