The court has pronounced two of them guilty in the twin blasts case of Hyderabad where 42 people died and more than 50 injured. The two blasts were simultaneous and it shook Hyderabad in 2007.
Two operatives os the Indian Mujahideen Anique Shafiz Syed and the other one Akbar Ismail Chowdhary were found to be guilty and the punishment for them would be pronounced soon.
Two others who were taken into custody and examined for the crime were left out as there was no evidence found against them. The quantum of punishment would be pronounced on 10nth it is reported. One more accused is also under examination his fate is yet to be decided.
Farooq Sharfuddin and Sadiq Ahmed Sheikh were acquitted by the court due to lack of evidence in this case. An unexploded bomb was also found under a bridge at Disuknagar in this case.5 persons were taken into custody. Two were found guilty. Two were acquitted and one more is under examination.
