Astottara Setha Kalasabhishekam will be observed in Sri Kodandarama Swamy temple on August 1 on the occasion of Pournami.

Later in the evening, there will be a procession of Utsava Murties along the mada streets followed by Pushkarini Harati. Sri Srinivasa Chaturveda Havanam is all set to take place in one of the most renowned pilgrim centres in the country, Varanasi from July 28 to August 3 by TTD.

Seeking the divine intervention to ward off the evil forces, natural calamities and bestow prosperity and health in the lives of people, TTD is observing this seven-day fete with versatile Vedic pundits.

Sri Venkateswara Institute of Higher Vedic Studies Dr Vibhishana Sharma is supervising the arrangements for this religious fete.TTD is organising the annual Festival of Chatrasthapanotsavam at Narayanagiri Srivari Padalu on July 30.

As part of the festivities, a team of archakas will perform Tirumanjanam and install a colourful umbrella at srivari padalu.

As per legend, the festival is observed annually to commemorate the historical occasion of Sri Venkateswara Swamy placing His first step on this mount at Tirumala on Shravana Shudda Dwadasi day.
