Eleven persons were burnt to ashes in a fire mishap in the boiguda area of Secunderabad near Railway station. The roof of an old building came down due to a heavy fire in a scrap godown this morning.
It was early in the morning when the workers of the scrap godown came down in the fire mishap.
Minister Srinivas Yadav visited the accident area and assured that the TRS Government would help the family members of the deceased.
There is fire safety for the scrap Godown. There is also a timber depo near this scrap godown. It is a small bylane and the ambulance could not rush to the area properly.
An enquiry was ordered into the fire mishap the Minister said. Fire officer Papaiah said that the fire was heavy and the people were charred to death by the time they came into action.
The incident occurred early in the morning. The people who died in the mishap belonged to Bihar. They have come to Hyderabad for livelihood.
