After a statue in the parliament building the AP Government proposed the idea of erecting 108-feet statue of Telugu’s Pride NT Rama Rao on the banks of Krishna River.
4 designs are in place and a final decision will be taken soon on this aspect.
Design 1: Swathi Muthyam – The peetam on which NTR Statue will be placed is gonna be at 24 metre height.
Design 2: Pearl – Even the base under the feet of NTR statue of this design will be 24 metre height.
Design 3: Pradakshan – NTR Statue would be placed atop a hill-lookalike structure.
One can only reach the highest point through pradakshans. 35-metre height was proposed for peetam and there will be greenery around it. The whole structure will spread across 70,000 sq feet.
Design 4: Lotus – Peetam is going to be in lotus shape and it’s height is 35-metre.
