Chaganti missing ?

Chaganti Koteswar seems to be missing these days from the AP Government functions. He has been nominated as the advisor to  AP Government by the CM Chandrababu earlier. But so far we could not see Chaganti officially in this position.

Chaganti participated in the last pushkaralu in AP and participated in harathi also. But he was not seen for the Krishna pushkaralu. Instead Ganapathy Sachidanada swamy was seen on the last day of the event.

So far Chaganti did not participate in any of the Government programs as advisor to Government. First of all the people are confused as to why he missing for Pushkaralu. He was not seen during the inaugural or concluding functions.
