Most of these 12 celebrities belong to Puri Jagannadh&#8217;s Close Group.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0They are none other than Ram Gopal Varma and Prakash Raaj. Both of them are very influential and so SIT has decided not to touch them.
