Identify candidates with the right skills to match the US clients’requirements and make calls to qualify them for the job.
\nFull Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries & interviews, the closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates).
\nSourcing and screening potential IT candidates from an effective usage of Internal Systems \/ Database, Job Portals, Postings and Networking within the time frame.
\nAbility to manage multiple requirements simultaneously and properly prioritise them.
\nCommunicate fluently and professionally in written and spoken English.
\nThe candidate shall be self-motivated & high on achievement orientation, should have the ability to deliver results and handle pressure.
\nCandidate should be flexible to work in night shift.
\nImmediate joiners preferred.
