  • We are looking for a Call Center Representative that will be the liaison between our company and our current and potential customers.<\/li>\n
  • The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively manipulating customer issues, complaints and inquiries keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behaviour.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Include:<\/b><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner<\/li>\n
    • Identifying customers\u2019 needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions and\/or alternatives<\/li>\n
    • Managing the call MIS reports<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n

        \n
      • Manage the inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner<\/li>\n
      • Identify customers\u2019 needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and\/or alternatives<\/li>\n
      • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile<\/li>\n
      • Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way<\/li>\n
      • Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level<\/li>\n
      • Meet personal\/team qualitative and quantitative targets<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Requirements<\/b><\/p>\n

        • Any Graduation Degree<\/li>\n
        • Previous experience in a customer support role<\/li>\n
        • Able to work in Multiple shifts (24\/7)<\/li>\n
        • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening<\/li>\n
        • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices<\/li>\n
        • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types<\/li>\n
        • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n
