After confirming the same, Yogeshwar took to social micro-blogging site Twitter to inform his fans and followers that he in fact didn’t want the new medal.<\/p>\n
Among those bowled over by Yogi’s gesture was master blaster Sachin Tendulkar. Sachin, who was a Goodwill Ambassador for India at Rio, hailed the Haryana wrestler for this act.<\/p>\n
Despite this development, the Haryana wrestler on Wednesday refused to accept his new medal. Dutt stated that it was sad to hear of the Russian failing a dope test but he respected him as an athlete.<\/p>\n
