It could not with stand the initial rains of the season.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">What if it rains cats and dogs. The TDP Government has miserably failed in the construction process, there is no doubt it is a very poor quality construction. Pointing out that the AP Govt had violated the suggestions of the Green Tribunal, they staged protests by tying black cloth to their mouths as a silent protest.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The officials restricted the YCP MLAs from entering YS Jagan&#8217;s chamber in secretariat following which they staged protest at gate II.
