Salary: 2.5 Lac p.a. during probation. Up to 45% hike in earning potential post completion of probation<\/p>\n
Stipend: INR 15000 during 3 month Professional Practice Term<\/p>\n
Eligibility:
\nB.E\/B.Tech\/M.E\/M.Tech\/ MCA\/ M.Sc. (CS\/IT)
\n65% & above in 10th , 12th and Graduation (and PG if pursued)
\nNo standing back papers
\nFrom 2014, 15, 16 & 17 Pass out Batches
\nProgram Duration:
\nSix Months, comprising of:
\n3 months class room training at Manesar Campus
\n3 months professional practice term at HCL Technologies\u2019 offices (NCR, Bangalore, Chennai and Hyderabad).
\nPerformance Linked Association Reward (PLAR)
\nCandidates joining this program shall be covered under the Performance Linked Association Reward (PLAR) plan and will have a chance to earn up to 6.8 lacs over and above their growing CTC.
\nCandidates will be rewarded for their commitment, partnership and performance (In adherence to the applicable HCL Policy)
\nProgram Fee:
\nFees for the Program: INR 2,87,500 (Program fee INR. 2,50,000 + INR. 37,500 Service tax)
\nLoan Assistance:
\nThe candidate wishing to avail loan facility needs to pay INR.57,500 initially and can avail loan assistance for the remaining INR 2,30,000. HCL TSS has a tie up with various banks including IDBI and Axis Banks to ease the financial burden on candidates and their families.
