Heat wave conditions prevailed in isolated places in the districts of Karimnagar and Warangal. The highest recorded temperature was at Ramagundam and Hanamkonda \u2014 45 degrees, followed by 44 degrees at Nizamabad. Hyderabad stood at 42 degrees on Monday.
