A decision to this effect was taken by the cabinet of each state, in compliance with government policies.<\/p>\n<p>Produced by Ravi Bhagchandka under the banner of 200NotOut, \u2018Sachin: A Billion Dreams\u2019 is a biographical drama directed by award winning British film maker James Erskine. While the best moments of Tendulkar\u2019s life on the field is the stuff of legends, it is his personal journey from a young boy to the cricketing icon, which the movie captures on the big screen. If it was Sachin\u2019s pure dedication to the craft that attracted director Erskine to the subject, for producer Bhagchandka, it was a dream-come-true project.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-84514 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/greattelangaana.com\/english\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/sachin-tendulkarposter-14-1460629944.jpg\" alt=\"sachin-tendulkarposter-14-1460629944\" width=\"600\" height=\"450\" \/><br \/>\nCommenting on the Tax-Free policy of the state, an excited Ravi Bhagchandka said \u201cWe are very pleased that Sachin: A Billion Dreams is tax free in the states of Kerala and Chhattisgarh. The film is a tribute to the hard work and determination of one individual, but it is also an inspiring lesson for the youth of today, who clearly needs a real-life hero, to prove to them that success comes to those who strive, against all odds. Thanks to the tax-exemption in these states, many more people will be able to watch the inspiring story of Sachin Tendulkar, and learn from\/about how he overcame the darker, more testing phases of his life.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>With AR Rahman\u2019s score \u2018Hind Mere Jind\u2019 already making waves, and the musical rendition of the popular \u2018Sachin&#8230;. Sachin\u2019 chant adding the right notes of nostalgia; the film is undoubtedly one of the most-awaited sports films of the year.<\/p>\n<p>Shrikant Bhasi, Producer, Carnival Pictures said, \u201cThis is a welcome move by the state governments, and we thank them for recognising the true value of the movie.
