\nKey responsibilities:
\nEnd-to-end ownership of bid pursuits comprising RFP\/RFI\/RFQ responses and \/or proactive proposals.
\nWork closely with product SMEs to develop the solution and prepare the proposal
\nPrepare commercial simulations based on estimation details provided
\nPrepare bid pursuit budgets, as per requirement.
\nEnsure compliances on bid reviews and approvals, as per process.
\nIdentify areas for bid process improvements and work closely with the relevant stakeholders for implementation of the recommendations.
\nBid tracking and reporting (weekly \/ monthly), as per process.
\nAbility to manage bids\/proposals independently from qualification to submission.
\nDrive and articulate proposition and solutions through artifacts and presentations, delivered to the highest standard.
\nCoordinate\/Showcase product demonstrations, proof of concept creations
\nCreation of service offering kits, case studies and sales tool kits
\nCore Expertise:
\nStrong exposure in transportation Domain \/ ETC \/ TMS
\n5-7 years of experience in presales
\nExposure towards understanding software products and frameworks
\nGood knowledge of MS Office tools
\nStrong written aptitude and presentation skills
\nAbility to build strong stakeholder relationships
\nFlexible to work from remote and across time zones
\nSoft Skills:
\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills
\nAbility to prioritize and multi-task
\nEffective problem solving skills.
