People can start entering the program area at 2pm. The performances are expected to start by 4pm. The main performance of Bieber will be at 8pm.<\/p>\n
Precautions for the program:<\/p>\n

1. Start early:\u2009 It will help youto avoid the traffic snalrs.<\/p>\n
2. Parking:\u2009The Raheja ground in Nerul, a km away, has been earmarked for parking. It has space for 4,000 vehicles. Shuttle services will take you to the venue from here<\/p>\n
3. Don\u2019t want to drive? \\chopper services will ply from Mahalakshmi to Navi Mumbai. It will take you to the venue in 15 minutes<\/p>\n
4. Carry cash: There will not be cash in some of the ATMs.<\/p>\n
5. No entry: For children below 12 years.<\/p>\n
6. Printouts: For safety carry a image of your ticker and also a printout of e-ticket<\/p>\n
7. No re-entry: \\going out and again re-entry is not allowed<\/p>\n
8. No outside food: It will be blocked and dropped at the entrace.<\/p>\n
9. Water: Free supply of drinking water and 50 food stalls are in place.<\/p>\n
