Yes the note for vote case has taken an interesting turn with ACB court asking for further tests into the voice of Chandrababu.<\/div>\n<div class=\"gmail_default\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"gmail_default\">The ACB DG AK Khan has been directed by the ACB court to look into the voice tests and authenticate on the voice of Chandrababu. The court has also directed that this process should be completed by <span class=\"aBn\" tabindex=\"0\" data-term=\"goog_766441113\"><span class=\"aQJ\">September 29<\/span><\/span>.<\/div>\n<div class=\"gmail_default\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"gmail_default\">There were allegations that the issue and case were dropped by the TRS Government. But it was not right. The matter was pending investigation. With court directions lets hope it would be resolved by Spetember 29.<\/div>\n<div class=\"gmail_default\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"gmail_default\">\n<p>It may be recalled that TNews, has aired an audio recording which is proof that the cash-for-vote case in which a legislator belonging to the Telugu Desam Party or TDP was arrested , had the full backing of \u00a0Naidu, the party president.<\/p>\n<p>TDP legislator Revanth Reddy was arrested by the Anti-Corruption Bureau after he was allegedly caught red-handed offering a bribe to nominated legislator Elvis Stephenson. The deal was reportedly for\u00a0Rs.\u00a0five crore, of which\u00a0Rs.\u00a050 lakh in cash was seized by officials.<\/p>\n<div>The bribe was allegedly in exchange for the support of the nominated legislator Elvis Stephenson in Telangana legislative council elections to be held the next day.<\/div>\n<p>In audio-video tapes released by the Anti-Corruption Bureau, TDP legislator Revanth Reddy repeatedly refers to his &#8220;boss&#8221; and also refers to Mr Naidu by name and calling him &#8216;Babu Garu&#8217;, saying he has been authorised directly by the Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister.<\/p>\n<div>\u00a0The Telangana Home Minister Nayani Narsimha Redy had claimed that there were phone recordings to prove that Mr Naidu was directly involved.
