Role & Responsibility:-
\nResponsible for handling IT requirements for Domestic clients.
\nResponsible to work on Contract, Permanent position.
\nResponsible for Coordinating fulfillment of other formalities such as background check, drug test etc leading to joining post placement.
\nResponsible for full-cycle recruiting: Interview, Offer, Negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.
\nSourcing from Job Portals (Naukri, Monster etc), Making job postings on the Job Portal.
\nResponsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
\nResponsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.
\nMust be having capability to work with a team or individually.
\nShould be capable to handle a team as well.
\nSkills Required:
\nMust be willing to join highly growth oriented industry.
\nAbility to work in a team and handle pressure and demands.
\nMust possess excellent verbal & written communication skills.
\nDynamic\/ Go getter\/ Smart\/ Energetic \/ Good Attitude\/ willing to learn.
