<\/p>\nA lot of things will happen this April in the TRS party. All eyes are now on the party plenary to be held in Kompally on April 21, where a crucial announcement will be made. This will be followed by a public meeting in Warangal on April 27.<\/p>\n
If TRS top leaders close to KCR are to be believed, IT minister K.T. Rama Rao popular as Ramanna will soon be elevated to be the party\u2019s working president and could soon or later step into the shoes of Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao.<\/p>\n

The CM has discussed the idea with his confidants. The very fact that party office is being spruced up and some changes being made on the directions of KTR means that he will be spending most of his time till the elections in the party office. KTR is a straight forward man and he will not tolerate the bhajan mandali at all. He wants corrupt free result oriented hard working people.<\/p>\n
Minister Harish Rao\u2019s latest comments in a TV channel point to KTR\u2019s rising prominence in the party. He asserted what he is today is due to the blessings of his \u201cMama\u201d Chandrasekhar Rao, that he will abide by his decision indicates that the elevation of KTR could have been discussed by KCR with Harish. KTR now would lead the attack and Harish will be a backup person observing everything.<\/p>\n
\u201cIf KTR is made Chief Minister, I will abide by Mama\u2019s decision\u201d.What more can one ask for. It does not indicate that he is surrendering to KTR. He will go as per the aspirations of the KCR and party. But how long this continues has to be seen.<\/p>\n
Mr Harish Rao\u2019s comments sent ripples through the TRS and party leaders are now sure it\u2019s only a matter of time before Rama Rao will be elevated.<\/p>\n

There is no doubt KTR is no 2 in the party and kavitha the MP from Nizamabad who is his sister has long back indicated and clarified that it is KTR who will be inheriting the power from KCR and there was no second thinking about this.<\/p>\n
\u201cKCR is a great strategist. He takes decisions after having consultations many of his confidants and then weighs the pros and cons for some time. He first floats the idea with confidants and tests their reaction. If he gets a positive response, he will go for it. If he decides something, he will implement it come what may.\u201d<\/p>\n
Now it is reported that KCR might slow down on the proposed 12 percent quota to Muslims. As this could lead to polarization of Hindu votes<\/p>\n
