Local candidates at the above mentioned location having 1-2 years of relevant work experience in sales, credit assessment and asset operations (processing of loan application forms and CPV) should only apply.
\nJob roles and responsibility:
\nMeet with applicants to obtain information for loan applications and to answer questions about the process.
\nExplain to customers the different types of loans and credit options that are available, as well as the terms of those services.
\nAnalyze applicants’ financial status, credit, and property evaluations to determine feasibility of granting loans.
\nObtain and compile copies of loan applicants’ credit histories, corporate financial statements, and other financial information.
\nReview and update credit and loan files.
\nReview loan agreements to ensure that they are complete and accurate according to policy.
\nApprove loans within specified limits, and refer loan applications outside those limits to seniors and management for approval.
\nCompute payment schedules.
\nEnsure process compliance
\nLoan Monitoring and Recovery
\nStay abreast of new types of loans and other financial services and products in order to better meet customers’ needs.
