Fulfilling major poll promises within the left over span is a difficult task. We have to look for suitable allies to mitigate the negative impact of not fulfilling the major poll promises,\u201d the TRS leaders said.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">On the other hand the TS Budget for 2017-18 is to set the tone for the 2019 Assembly elections. But when the project got delayed due to court cases and environmental issues, he changed his priorities and embraced populist schemes like Arogyasri and fee reimbursement for college students, which catapulted him to power in 2009.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Even if everything goes well there will be advancement of Polls at least by an year.
