Required:
\nSingle point of contact between IT and the service provider
\nWork in alignment with the team leader and ensure delivery of services by the local junior site person
\nDaily Request and Support
\nEnsure to reach the defined KPI performance
\nIT project support
\nIMAC request\/support
\nEscalate the problem to the Team Leader
\nAdhere to employee entry and exit policy
\nNew employee IT orientation
\nExtensive experience with desktop hardware, software applications, operating systems and network connectivity
\nGood working knowledge of Microsoft office support
\nHave strong communication and customer service skills
\nCustomer friendly attitude
\nProblem solver and adhere to changing process and procedures
\nFluent in English \u0096 Read \/ Write and Speak. Onsite support and phoneadmin need to communicate effectively with local users and local IT directly regarding case sharing, analysis, and to work out the resolution.
\nAbility to effectively understand and respond to email
