A document uploaded on the White House website moments later said, \u201cpeace through strength will be at the centre\u201d of the new President\u2019s foreign policy. \u201cThe world must know that we do not go abroad in search of enemies, that we are always happy when old enemies become friends, and when old friends become allies,\u201d the document said. Mr. Trump will rebuild the American military capacity, the document added.<\/p>\n
