Role: Associate Consultant<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Source, develop and manage candidate relationships within chosen competency.
\nQualify candidate suitability for current or future vacancies\/clients, through questioning and referencing following best practice at Antal.
\nActively develop knowledge of assigned niche market to enable you to generate business and business pipeline, through candidate calling, networking and lead generation.
\nGet engaged in other Social Media Activities and other marketing campaigns to attract talent to your line of business.
\nDesigning Search Plans, Mapping and Headhunting.
\nBe able to use in-house CRM to generate candidates list and marketing material.
\nStay focused on self-direct performance and career progression goals.
\nPrioritize work load and ensure working on productive activities to achieve maximum revenue at all times.<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Experience<\/p>\n
Minimum Qualification \u0096 Graduate in any disciple with a proven track record
\n0 to 2 years of work experience sales experience with a proven track record of achievements.
\nPrior recruitment experience.
\nFluency in English language and MS office skills.<\/p>\n
