While the 2016 has belonged to Sultan and Dangal, the 2017 is getting ready for many surprises. Both Bollywood and Tollywood are having big movies with big budgets lined up. Lets hope the new year and Sankranthi opens up with a big bang. And let us believe that the demonetisation will not have any effect on the cine industry and the common movie goer.<\/p>\n

\"Sankranthi\"<\/p>\n

Goutami Putra sathakarni:<\/p>\n

This is one of the prestigious movies coming from the Nandamuri family directed by Krish planned with a big budget but executed at a faster pace. This will be a big competition for the Baahubali-2. It is NTR son Balakrishnas 100th movie . His earlier movie Legend has ran for 1000days which is a record again.<\/p>\n

\"Sankranthi\"<\/p>\n

Raees:<\/p>\n

This is one movie where SRK is pinning his hopes and it was supposed to be released in 2016 and now have been postpone for next year. Sunny Leones item son in this movie is already a rage. The movie is slated for January 25th and it is a different SRK here in this movie.<\/p>\n

\"Sankranthi\"<\/p>\n

Baahubali-2-
\nDirected by SS Rajamouli, Baahubali is all set for a grand release in January and it is being released by Dharma production in Hindi. This will have some competiton from Goutami Putra Sathakarni. It is having Prabhas and Daggubati Rana locking their horns for the Kingdom. Part one was a blockbuster garnering around 600 crores which was an all time record.<\/p>\n

\"Sankranthi\"<\/p>\n

Judwaa-2-
\nDavid Dhawan is one director who has made Govinda the hero and comedy was his forte. He could make Salman and others to dance to his tunes and now Judwaa-2 is in the pipeline for a grand release. His son Varun has stepped into the shoes of Govinda for the comedy. People are waiting for the David movie since a long time and the new year will give them the required dose of comedy.<\/p>\n

Tubelight:
\nThis is yet another combination from Kabir Khan and Salman Khan the hit jodi of 2016. They made it big with Bajrangi Baijaan and it was movie which shook both India and also Pakistan. The story was from Rajmoulis father the Telugu writer Vijeyendra Prasad the writer of Baahubali.There are very high hopes on this combination in 2017 also.<\/p>\n

Padmavathi:
\nPadmavathi will be another competition to Baahubali-2 after Gautamiputra Sathakarni. After Ramleela and Baajirao Mastani, the hit team is going to make Padmavathi adding Shaid Kapoor. As usual Bansali is a big man and will not compromise on anything. It will be one of the costliest movie made in the Industry as far as bollywood is concenred it is reported. But the film is slated for release only in the end of 2017.<\/p>\n

Jagga Jasoos:
\nThis movie was made when Ranbir Kapoor and Katreina Kaif were not even in talking terms with each other. We can say the really acted when the romance dried up between them and they parted ways. They were staying together in a flat, but during the making of this movie they got separated. The director had to work hard to make them work for some romatic scenes with all the dedication.<\/p>\n

Golmaal Again:
\nGolmaal has almost become a synonym for Rohit Shetty. You just can stop laughing with his movie. While the first one was a great comedy, the other parts which followed were not up to the expectations. But with this Golmaal Again Rohith is trying to bring back the old glory of comedy it is reported. Rohith had a bad flop with SRK in the form of Dilwale. He is craving for a hit.<\/p>\n

2.0:
\nRajinikanth the legend after the super duper hit of Kabaali is doing this Robot -2 in the name Enthiraan. Adding glow to Rajini, Akshay the super star has been pitted against him as the main villain. This is a rear combination and a star hero agreeing to work in a negative role against Rajini. The director is the master genius Shankar with proven track record.<\/p>\n

Rangoon:
\nRangoon is a different movie altogether from Vishal Bharadwaj .It is a three way love story with Kangana the National award winning actress who is surrounded with controversies. Saif and Kangana will definitely deliver for his movie. Vishal is a genius who can deliver a hit. People still remember the Langda Tyagi from Saif Ali.<\/p>\n
