{"id":27073,"date":"2016-10-21T14:24:13","date_gmt":"2016-10-21T14:24:13","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/greattelangaana.com\/english\/?p=27073"},"modified":"2016-10-21T14:24:13","modified_gmt":"2016-10-21T14:24:13","slug":"bcci-agrees-decision-review-systemdrs","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/greattelangaana.com\/english\/bcci-agrees-decision-review-systemdrs\/","title":{"rendered":"BCCI agrees for Decision Review System(DRS)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"m_-6185496699807417384gmail-body\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) \u00a0ended its long-standing opposition to the Decision Review System (DRS), and agreed to its usage on a trial basis during India\u2019s home Test series against England starting next month.<\/p>\n<p class=\"m_-6185496699807417384gmail-body\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cThe BCCI will deploy the DRS, in toto, in the coming series between India and England starting from the <span class=\"aBn\" tabindex=\"0\" data-term=\"goog_5247170\"><span class=\"aQJ\">9th of Nov 2016<\/span><\/span>, on a trial basis to evaluate the improvements made to the system, over a period of time,\u201d the Board said in a statement.<\/p>\n<p class=\"m_-6185496699807417384gmail-body\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-27077\" src=\"https:\/\/greattelangaana.com\/english\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/drsfb-story.jpg\" alt=\"drsfb-story\" width=\"647\" height=\"404\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"m_-6185496699807417384gmail-body\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">The BCCI and India\u2019s limited-overs skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni have long opposed the system.
