That is GHMC.The AI feature would help the builders know quickly whether their building plan with detailed design\/drawings is in compliance with norms. \u201cIt now takes at least a month to 45 days to check compliance,\u201dsaid Apurv Chauhan, GHMC zonal commissioner, who is involved in preparing the software.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Builders face further delay in making changes as per the laws and re-submitting their plans currently; the new software eliminates the delay on this account.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Another path-breaking feature is the use of virtual reality which helps the officials to \u2018walk through\u2019 the plan. \u201cThe ultimate goal is to provide the walk-through to customers before the construction of the project has started,\u201d Chauhan pointed out.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Now Artificial Intelligence for Building clearance permission is being considered.
