The court has saved them .The Telangana High Court has overturned a previous order issued by a single judge on September 9, 2024.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The earlier order directed the Secretary of the Legislative Assembly to expedite the disqualification petitions filed by BRS MLAs Vivekananda and Padi Kaushik Reddy against three MLAs &#8211; Danam Nagender, Kadiam Srihari, and Tellam Venkat Rao, who had switched parties to the Congress.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This recent development comes from a Division Bench of the High Court, which has set aside the single judge&#8217;s orders.
