There is widespread talk in the political corridors that Kavitha the BRS MLA would get bail.
\n“In the light of facts and circumstances, Kavitha’s further custodial interrogation is not required at this stage.<\/p>\n
Kavitha, being a prominent politician, is a very influential person, as such, there are credible reasons to believe that she may influence the witnesses and the potential witnesses,\u201d the CBI said in the remand report.<\/p>\n
The former MLC, filed a fresh petition seeking bail in the CBI case and the petition was allowed. The court asked the CBI to file a counter. In the ED case, arguments would take place on Kavitha’s bail petition.<\/p>\n
Kavitha was trying for the bail eversince she was arrested. She maintained that there was no scam in the liquor issue and that the BJP was influencing the CBI.<\/p>\n
This is not CBI probe but it is BJP probe she charged. Meanwhile KTR has been trying to see that Kavitha gets the bail at the earliest.<\/p>\n
There is also a talk that the BRS Chief KCR is already in an agreement with Modi and that the issue would be settled to bail out Kavitha.<\/p>\n
