The Cyberabad Police will be launching \u201c Operation Smile-X \u201d for a period of 1st January, 2024 to 31st January, 2024 to rescue and rehabilitate the homeless children and those forced into child labour and identified Begging Children, Rag Picking Children\u2019s and with the instruction of Avinash Mohanty, IPS., Commissioner of Police, Cyberabad Commissionarate formed special teams comprising with Sub Inspector, (4) Police constables including one Woman Police Constable. A total of (11) teams are being formed to identify and rescue\/rehabilitate the children trapped in trafficking, in this convergence meeting LC. Naik, DCP (W&CSW), Cyberabad stated that \u201c We will be using the facial recognisation software Application \u201cDARPHAN\u201d for identifying Missing Children and Un Identified Children, Children who were separated from their families due to various reasons.<\/p>\n
LC. Naik, DCP (Women & Children Safety Wing) Cyberabad will be supervising the operations of the teams. \u201cThe Operation Smile-X, which will continue till the end of January and with the support of the stake holder departments officials\u201d said by K. Narsimha Reddy, Inspector of Police, AHTU, Cyberabad.
\nThe police have identified clusters\/Hotspots where children were found forced into labour basing on the data of the previous cases. \u201cOur teams along with other stake holder departments will Co-ordinate the rescue and rehabilitation work.<\/p>\n
Speaking on this occasion LC. Naik., DCP (W&CSW), Cyberabad requested that all stake holder departments should co-operate and co-ordinate to Operation Smile-X team\u2019s for which the All above Stake hold department official\u2019s given a assurance that they will extend their all possible Co-Operation in this operation.<\/p>\n
