He assured that India was with people of State. He further added, \u201cSlowly peace is restored in the state. The Centre and State Government will continue to work to restore peace.\u201d<\/p>\n
PM Modi is delivering his 10th consecutive Independence Day address – also his last before 2024 Lok Sabha polls – with a mood of anticipation around the annual showpiece event that he has used to present his government\u2019s report card and unveil flagship schemes.<\/p>\n
PM Modi, in his speech on 77th Independence Day, said that India will be among top 3 economies in 5 years. “When we came to power in 2014, we were at the 10th position in the global economic system. Today, with the efforts of 140 Crore Indians, we have reached the fifth position,<\/p>\n
It is everyone\u2019s responsibility to ensure there is no atrocity against our daughters: PM Modi said. \u201cIndia is mother of democracy, it is model of diversity; We have to move forward taking into account the many diversities.<\/p>\n
Talking about women led development, he said, \u201cG20 is acknowledging India\u2019s approach of women-led development.\u201d<\/p>\n
In next 25 years we have to move forward with message of unity, there would be efforts to strengthen country\u2019s unity, he added.\u2018Nation First\u2019 is the bedrock of our policies; people formed such a government in 2014 and 2019 that gave me strength to pull off reforms, PM Modi says.<\/p>\n
