The Commissioner of Police, Cyberabad Sri. Stephen Raveendra, IPS., conducted a Convergence meeting at Cyberabad CP office, Main Conference hall.<\/p>\n
This meeting is regarding Operation Muskan IX, to trace out missing children and rescue children from Begging, Rag picking, Child labour\/ Trfficking Children, Bonded Labour etc.<\/p>\n
Smt. Nitika Pant, IPS, DCP (Women & Children Safety Wing) Cyberabad will be supervising the operations of the teams as part of Operation Muskaan IX, which will continue till July end said by, Inspector AHTU Srinivasulu.<\/p>\n
The Cyberabad Police will be launching \u2018Operation Muskaan IX\u2019 from Saturday to rescue and rehabilitate homeless children and those forced into child labour and identified Begging Children, Rag Picking Children\u2019s and with the instruction of police, Cyberabad Sri. Stephen Raveendra, IPS., Cyberabad Police had formed special teams comprising a Sub Inspector, a woman constable and three male police constables.<\/p>\n
A total of Eleven teams are being formed to identify and rescue\/rehabilitation children trapped in trafficking. We will be using the facial recognition software \u2018Darpan APP\u2019 for identifying Missing Children and Unregistered Children or were separated due to some reasons,\u201d DCP (W&CSW) Smt. Nitika Pant, IPS., said.<\/p>\n
The police have identified clusters where children were found forced into labour work in previous years. \u201cOur teams along with other departments will Co-ordinate the rescue and rehabilitation work.<\/p>\n

Venkat Reddy, Asst Commissioner Labour, RR Dist, Gopi Reddy, Asst Labour Officer, Medchal Dist, Sai Suman, Asst Labour Officer, Medchal, Dr. Raghunath Swamy, Deputy, DMHO, Medchal Dist, AHTU Inspector, SI\/ASI\u2019s and others participated.<\/p>\n
