VV Vinayak failed to rise to the expectations of the Hindi audience even with a remake. Rajamoulis Chatrapathi was remade in Hindi with Bellamkonda Srinivas and the movie fell on its face.<\/p>\n
We can say that Bellamkonda cannot become a Baahubali or Prabhas. Vinayak could not add anything to the movie in general and could not enhance the content.<\/p>\n
The film looks very outdated in terms of story and presentation. The screenplay is routine and there is no novelty whatsoever.<\/p>\n
It feels as though the makers have run out of ideas and conflicts. There are films where you are well aware of the things happening and about to happen on-screen and Chatrapathi is exactly that kind of film.<\/p>\n
The music and dance numbers don’t aid the screenplay and act as roadblocks. The film is too loud and so are the performances.<\/p>\n
The rash use of Gujarati in dialogues adds to the misery. Vinayak tried to become a hero and the movie was shelved by Dil Raju the producer.<\/p>\n
