In this meeting mainly discussed about the accommodation of the delegates who are attending for the G20 Summit, their accommodation, transportation, access control, anti-sabotage checking, hotel services and other technical aspects.<\/p>\n
– Whenever the delegates visited, they will be co-ordinated by the traffic and escort pilot will be provided.<\/p>\n
– Police controlled access points where set up and allow the delegates and others basing on their ID cards.<\/p>\n
– Vehicles should be parked at the designated parking places only. Traffic moments during the summit hours will be monitored.<\/p>\n
– CP Cyberabad ensured the better co-ordination between the organisers and the Police on the field.<\/p>\n
– The arrival places of delegates at Shamshabad airport will be monitored by the L&O and TrafficPolice to ensure the smooth passing to the meeting place.<\/p>\n
Discussed about the verification of character and antecedents of staff of hotels and at the venue.<\/p>\n
All the issues were discussed in detail and the concerned officials were directed to prepare a Plan of action for the upcoming G20 Summit.<\/p>\n
