She will read the budget in brief and not in detail. It will also have the Railway Budget.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The IT exemption slabs will be revised. That would be a major relief to the salaried class.More allocation for the Railways will be done.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Finance Minister Nirmalamma is set to present her fifth Union Budget today.
