So, when the filmmaker called him up toOFFER &#8216;Sarkar 3&#8217;, he could not say no to him,&#8221; a source was quoted as saying to media.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Even before the shooting resumed there is a lot of talk about this film. Ramu is giving the news in a phased manner in installments. He is known for it. By the time the film is ready for release he will get tonnes of publicity.
