Will it not be a case of a complete breakdown of the system?\u201d Justice KM Joseph, heading a Constitution bench, asked the government.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The court said an Election Commissioner should be a person who can take a stand even risking his life, and not a docile \u201cyes man\u201d whom the government knows will do its bidding.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cYou appoint a \u2018yes man\u2019&#8230; Any government for that matter\u2026 Somebody carefully picks him\u2026 He is like-minded.
