{"id":230160,"date":"2022-10-14T20:27:47","date_gmt":"2022-10-14T14:57:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/greattelangaana.com\/english\/?p=230160"},"modified":"2022-10-14T20:27:47","modified_gmt":"2022-10-14T14:57:47","slug":"collectors-must-monitor-ts-bpass","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/greattelangaana.com\/english\/collectors-must-monitor-ts-bpass\/","title":{"rendered":"Collectors must monitor TS. bPass"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Government of Telangana has enacted TS-bPASS Act 2020 for getting hassle free building permissions through on-line and to facilitate Building approval process to Citizens in an objective and time-bound manner.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nIt has come to the notice of the Government that, there is an extreme delay by some of the officers in processing of applications in the Municipalities \/ Municipal Corporations\/ HMDA.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nAccordingly to maintain the spirit of TS-bPASS Act 2020, the Government levied penalty on the six (6) officials of HMDA on 12.10.2022 and vide Lr.No.2461\/Plg.III\/2021Dt.14.10.2022 instructed the District Collector\u2019s concerned to impose penalty on 33 officials i.e,six (6) Municipal Commissioners and 27 scrutiny officers who have delayed the process of TS-bPASS applications within time frame.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nThe Government is reviewing the performance of different officials regularly and imposing penalties on erring officials. So far penalties have been levied six times since commencement of TS-bPASSin the year 2020 and a total of 56 officials have been imposed with penalties.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nThe Government also advised the District Collectors to review the approval process under TS-bPASS more frequently so that delays are not occurred in future.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Government of Telangana has enacted TS-bPASS Act 2020 for getting hassle free building permissions through on-line and to facilitate Building approval process to Citizens in an objective and time-bound manner.
