Eat less and eat on time.<br \/>\nb. Sleep well and get sound sleep.<br \/>\nc. Get enough sunshine on to the body and also into the home.<br \/>\nd. Use less of AC and also items stored in the fridge.<br \/>\ne. Eat more of fresh and raw items to the extent possible.<br \/>\nf. Take all kinds of fruits and not juices.<br \/>\ng. No soft drinks and milk shakes.<br \/>\nh. Plain buttermilk is very good.<br \/>\ni. Clove, cardamom, dalchni, pepper in moderate are very good for health.<br \/>\nj.
