Many TDP leaders and Raghurama Krishnam Raju popular as RRR from YSRC tried to get the bail cancelled for Jagan. But they failed.<\/p>\n
Jagan the YSRC Chief cannot leave the country without court permission. That does not change even if he is the Chief Minister and is going on official trips.<\/p>\n
The CM Jaganmohan Reddy requested the CBI Court to allow him to fly to Davos.<\/p>\n
The court has allowed him to travel between the 19th and 31st of this month. Judge VVR Varaprasad ordered to furnish a phone number and email ids to the court and the CBI to know the CM\u2019s tour and to contact if necessary.<\/p>\n
Advocate Ashok Reddy argued the petition on the behalf of Jagan. CBI counsel argued to reject the permission since it would delay the trial.<\/p>\n
The Court, fortunately, ruled in favour of Jagan Mohan Reddy. He has been evading the court from time to time.<\/p>\n
After criticizing Chandrababu Naidu for wasting money on World Economic Forum Summit visits , Jagan will be going to Davos for the same Summit.<\/p>\n
Now the financial condition of the state of AP is in the doldrums. We have to see if Jagan can mobilise some funds for the state of Andhra Pradesh.<\/p>\n
