KCR the TRS chief clarified that he will participate in the Dharna in person against the centre.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div class=\"gmail_default\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">He clarified that the Telangana Government never hiked the taxes in any form and that it was for the centre to reduce rates. The Petrol must be sold for Rs 77 per litre he explained.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div class=\"gmail_default\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">There was no rise in the rates of crude oil he pointed out. The BJP Government at the centre unilaterally raised the rates of petrol and also diesel he pointed out.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div class=\"gmail_default\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">He didn&#8217;t mention the LPG rates which have also gone up like anything.
