The project is an engineering marvel and one of its kind. The popular Kaleshwaram project executed successfully under the dynamic leadership of K Chandrasekhar the CM of Telangana is being aired on the Discovery channel.<\/p>\n
It is for irrigating the drought-prone areas of the Telangana. No farmer might have dreamt in his life that they would get water for the irrigation. Now all the water bodies are full to the brim after the launch of the Kaleshwaram project.<\/p>\n

On June 25 an international documentary film on KLIS titled \u2018Lifting a River\u2019 will be aired on Discovery Channel networks with the project aerial shot pictures and videos at 8 pm. The promo explained that the Kaleshwaram project was the world\u2019s biggest lift irrigation and multipurpose project.<\/p>\n
