Later they were opened with some restrictions. Now that there is a second wave sweeping the country and also in AP the officials have written to the government to look into the matter.<\/p>\n
The Kumbh Mela in Haridwar has also become a major breeding ground for Corona. People from all over the country are coming to Haridwar for the Kumbh Mela and they are not observing any Covid rules and regulations.<\/p>\n
The TTD on the other hand has already stopped the Sarva darshan tickets.<\/p>\n
