Suresh of 1st ADJ Court at LB Nagar Court has delivered a verdict in Cr.No 118\/2014 U\/s 376(2)(i), 354, 323, 506 IPC & Sec 5 and 6 of POCSO Act of Jeedimetla PS Vide SC 707\/2014 in a case of sexual assault Committed against children by their father, accused Mogili Amarnath S\/o Ramarao age: 45 Years, doing Real estate business and resident of Sangaipuri colony, Jagathgirigutta, Cyberabad. Sentenced to life imprisonment and fine Rs-26,000\/-.<\/p>\n
The accused Mogili Amarnath performed second marriage with victims mother and blessed with two daughters and one son. The accused used to consume liquor regularly.<\/p>\n
Two years back the accused misbehaved with victim\/complainant and with her younger sister and forcibly sexually assaulted them and also video graphed it on his mobile phone. Thereafter, the accused several times sexually assaulted on both of them and threatened them, if they reveal to anybody he will kill their mother and both of them.<\/p>\n
Sri. M. Sudarshan, the then SHO Jeedimetla PS registered this case, and took up the investigation and arrested the accused person and sent him to judicial custody and for potency, test.
