While the High Court has imposed a ban on crackers, the Supereme court said that depending on the air quality the crackers can be used for about 2 hours.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Depending on the air quality the crackers can be used the Supreme court stated. Now the cracker shops will be open across Telangana. This is a big relief to the cracker sellers.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Earlier the High Court has ordered for the closure of cracker shops. While Telangana got some relief in term of bursting crackers, other states are implementing the ban on crackers.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In Delhi it is a strict no for crackers. The atmosphere and the air quality in Delhi are highly polluted.
